New Ravenna Mosaics will be introducing several new tile collections at KBIS. Along with the new Ikat and Studio Line collections designed by Sara Baldwin, New Ravenna Mosaics will be announcing their collaboration with Italian designer Giovanni Barbieri.
Barbieri, of the Barbieri Brothers Family, is known for his patented surface treatment of marble. Barbieri will be distributing two lines through New Ravenna Mosaics, Marmo Antico and Time Worn. Both styles transform the surface of marble and travertine with undulating waves that emulate ancient stone.
The new Ikat Collection, designed by Sara Baldwin, is inspired by Uzbekistani textile leaf patterns. The two designs, Loom and Weft are created in jewel glass, each in a distinct colorway. The tile, which is hand crafted in Virginia, is suitable for vertical applications indoors and out.
The Studio Line was created in order to have a selection of New Ravenna Mosaics in stock and available within 48 hours. The Studio Line consists of classic patterns for floors and walls as well as chair rails, pencil liners and base mouldings. All of the elements in the collection have been designed in a coordinating palette of Cloud Nine, Paperwhite, Statuary Carrara and Ming Green marble.
New Ravenna Mosaics will be located at booth C5499a at KBIS. All stone and jewel glass collections are available at New Ravenna Mosaics tile showrooms throughout the United States and Canada.
