As Seen In: Adroyt

Saxon Henry, founder of adroyt, has written interior design and creative pieces for publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Traditional Home, Better Homes & Gardens, Architectural Digest, Coastal Living and many more. Her latest piece, “A Noteworthy Nod for Navy,” pays homage to all the fascinating shades of dark blue home decor products that Henry and her team at adroyt have been seeing as of late. From textiles and chairs to pendant lights and mosaics, adroyt is rounding up their navy blue faves.

Tanzanian Squiggle, a hand-cut glass mosaic, shown in Blue Spinel and Iolite Sea Glass™ with Moonstone jewel glass. Designed by J. Banks Design for New Ravenna.

We’re so honored to have made the list with “Tanzanian Squiggle,” a mosaic from our collaboration with J. Banks Design. This particular mosaic was designed with a wave theme in mind and was inspired by Joni Vanderslice‘s (principal at J. Banks Design) travels through and around Africa. Of this design, Saxon Henry said, “we love the name almost as much as we love the beauty of the pattern! The hints of navy provide the depth that are a hallmark of gracefully actualized mosaics.”

As each New Ravenna mosaic is made-to-order, any of the mosaics in the J. Banks Collection for New Ravenna can be customized with the client’s material preferences to fit the project’s scope. The collection is available at New Ravenna showrooms throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Russia, and Dubai.
