Job Description:          

Responsible for daily supervision of operational department. Well versed in equipment, processes and personnel within operational span of control. Results driven and focused on operational performance improvement. Driven to meet or beat operational targets and plans. Leader who holds team members accountable in a consistent, repeatable fashion. Follows all procedures including, but not limited to: equipment maintenance, employee handbook, quality requirements, and labor and safety regulations. Responsible for real time coaching, discipline and encouragement of direct reports. Team player who actively supports the goals of the organization. Proven ability to successfully manage projects requiring support from areas of the organization outside their span of control. Hands on leader who strives for team improvement every day. Leads by example.

-Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
-Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

-Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa

-Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
-Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred. Associates degree in a technical field required.

-Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Outstanding organizational and leadership skills


-Valid Driver’s License (CDL not required)
