The Digital Marketing Manager will be New Ravenna’s main digital representative of the brand. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will be accountable for managing and growing New Ravenna’s digital presence. You’ll be managing subsequent, ongoing campaigns to promote new products, garnish new customers, and spread brand awareness across multiple digital channels. If you’re a design-lover who’s always in-the-know about the latest algorithm change, you use the the terms “SEO”, “SEM”, “Google Analytics”, “HTML”, “bounce rate”, and “influencer” in regular conversation, and you don’t mind a little bit of travel, you might be the perfect fit for our team.


Essential Duties & Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage all digital media promotional activities, marketing campaigns, branding, public relations, lead generation and other related media related projects.
• Responsible for updates & maintenance of the New Ravenna website & all other digital media.
• Navigate within SEO/SEM, Adobe Suite & digital analytics tools.
• Create press releases & provide public relations support.
• Utilize analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels & customer touch points.
• Identify trends & insights & optimize spend & performance stats.
• Ensure the New Ravenna brand is consistently delivered across all social media.
• Develop website traffic & lead generation plan, creating goals and benchmarks.
• Some travel is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication, or related field.

• 5-7 years experience in marketing; 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Solid understanding & use of ecommerce; SEO & SEM.
• Knowledge of media editing software; photo and video.

• Experience developing & executing conversion tests, A/B campaigns, & multivariate experiments.
• Working knowledge of web analytics tools & reporting.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, & problem-solving ability, including ability to turn data & insights into online marketing initiatives.
• Highly adaptable with ability to learn quickly; create prompt solutions for marketing campaigns & programs.
• Professional business etiquette. Strong written & verbal communications skills.
• Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Abobe Suites, Photo Shop
• Fundamental advanced knowledge of web development.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage workload in an organized manner.

Other Requirements:
All prospective employees must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen test.
Requirement to participate in random drug screen program during length of employment.
Attend trade shows and showroom events as needed.
